About Us
ANZINI APPRAISERS AND ASSOCIATES have been appraising properties since 1976 for various mortgage brokers, banks, government organizations and attorneys. These appraisals ranged from estimating the value of single family homes, for the determination of value for mortgage purposes to large office buildings. We are available for appraisal assignments in all of Suffolk, Nassau, Queens and Kings (Brooklyn) Counties.

All of our Appraisers are New York State Certified/Licensed Residential Appraisers. Also, all of our appraisers are covered by Errors and Omissions insurance.

Our appraisals are completely digital and are AI Ready. We can electronically deliver appraisals within 24 hours of inspection through Appraisal Port or to an email address in PDF format. All reports contain digital signatures, which are password protected and digital photographs, maps and sketches.
